THE FIRST NIGHT OF TUMBLING IS USUALLY AN "EVALUATION" NIGHT. YOUR CHILD MAY
BE MOVED UP OR DOWN TO ANOTHER LEVEL IF PLACED IN THE WRONG CLASS.
tumbling 1
This 60-minute (once per week) introductory tumbling class exposes students to
foundational tumbling skills. Students progress at their own pace and work
on the Floor and TumblTrak. Major
skills required for promotion to the next level include (but are not limited
to):
- Cartwheel (Straight Legs/Arms) with Controlled Finish
- One-Armed Cartwheel
- Handstand
- Forward & Backward Rolls
- Handstands

This 60-minute (once per week) class is designed to slightly increase the
training intensity placed on students while allowing them to continue to
progress at their own pace. New skills are introduced and skills
previously mastered in Beginning Tumbling are reinforced. Major skills required
for promotion to the next level include (but are not limited to):
- Handstand Snap-Down
- Round-Off
- Handstand Forward Roll
- Back Bend Kick Over
- Introduction to Standing Back Handspring (over barrels and drills)

This 60-minute (once per week) class is geared towards introducing students
to the skills necessary for high level tumbling. Major skills focused on
in this class include (but are not limited
to):
- Round-offs
- Standing Back Handspring (on Floor & TumblTrak)
- Round-off Back Handspring
- Round-off 2 Back Handsprings
Tumbling 4
This 60-minute (once per week) class is geared towards mastering and
perfecting the skills necessary for high level tumbling. Major skills focused on
in this class include (but are not limited
to):
- Round-Off Back Handspring Back Tuck
- Standing Back Tuck
- Round-Off Back Handspring Layout
- Round-Off Back Handspring Full
- Front Tuck
