mini stars
This 45-minute class is designed for children 18 months-3 years old and requires
active buddy (parent, grandparent, caregiver, etc.) participation. As an
introductory class in movement education, children are encouraged to use their
imaginations as they explore obstacle courses, the Trench Slide, TumblTrak,
Bars, Beam, and lots more! Children will begin to develop physical
strength and coordination, as well as balance and agility at an early age.
But the greatest aspect of this class is the interaction between buddies and
their children...
sparklers
This 45-minute class is created especially for boys & girls 3 years old and is
the first class our children are allowed to take all by themselves!
Instructors will promote physical fitness through our specialized "Wee Workouts"
in addition to learning basic gymnastics skills on Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor,
TumblTrak, and more. Children are encouraged to discover turn-taking,
manners, and other early childhood social skills in addition to developing body
awareness, coordination and cooperative learning. As always, the emphasis
for this class is on fun, fun, fun!!!
comets
This 60-minute class is created for children 4-5 years old and is a
foundational class leading into "Flip-tastics", our Recreational Gymnastics
Program. Continued exposure to our "Wee Workouts" program encourages
lifetime fitness at a young age in addition to an increase in progressively more
difficult gymnastics skills introduced on Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor.
Children continue to experience strength training in the form of TumblTrak,
Loose-Foam Pit Play, and Trench Slide stations.
lunch bunch
This 75-minute class is designed to focus on social interaction through
combining gymnastics and lunch. Students come and bring their lunches to eat at
the end of class, giving parents and caregivers a longer time to run errands.
Children love the opportunity to "be a grown up" and eat lunch all by
themselves!
mini rockets
This 60-minute class is created for boys 3-4 years old to introduce the
basics of gymnastics. Boys will have the opportunity to climb, jump, flip, run,
play, and have lots of fun! Classes are on the move and very active, helping to
increase flexibility, endurance, agility, speed, and coordination for other
sports.
